About fifteen years ago I was going through immense personal challenges. I was struggling with anxiety, depression, racing thoughts/brain fog, PTSD, and physical health issues. It seemed like I was in a completely hopeless situation with no clear way out. But after hitting a couple of rock bottoms and realizing I couldn’t go on the way I was, I did the inner and outer work which resulted in completely turning my life around.
